By accessing and using Qrypta's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

Qrypta provides quantum-resistant document encryption and storage services using our open-source CSF-Crypto protocol:

• Client-side CSF encryption before upload
• Secure file storage and sharing
• Key management and generation
• Performance monitoring and analytics

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Backup your CSF keys securely - lost keys cannot be recovered
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

Data Security Guarantee

Qrypta employs a zero-knowledge architecture. Your encrypted files cannot be accessed by Qrypta or any third party without your CSF keys. We are committed to protecting your data with industry-leading security practices and quantum-resistant encryption.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates.

Limitation of Liability

Qrypta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
